Cleaning Department Positions

 

Centerplate, the manager of the BI-LO Center, is currently seeking qualified candidates for the positions of Cleaning Manager, Cleaning Supervisor and a Daily Cleaner.  A competitive salary including benefits will be offered for all three positions.

 

CLEANING MANAGER:

Candidates must have a minimum of three years experience managing a cleaning department in a large commercial facility, preferably similar to the BI-LO CENTER.  Responsibilities include scheduling, managing both full and part time staff, inventory controls and related experience to insure the BI-LO Center is cleaned in a professional and cost effective manner.  Strong supervisory skills required, including the ability to manage a diverse staff.  Position reports to the Director of Facility Services.           Position requires working extended and irregular hours as required.

 

CLEANING SUPERVISOR:

Candidates must have a minimum of one year experience managing and supervising cleaning staff in a large commercial facility, preferably similar to the BI-LO CENTER.  Responsibilities include scheduling and supervising a diverse staff of full and part time employees to insure the BI-LO CENTER is cleaned in a professional and cost effective manner.  Position reports to the Cleaning Manager. Position requires working extended and irregular hours as required.

 

DAILY CLEANER:

The daily cleaner is responsible for the daily housekeeping, pre and post event cleaning and special cleaning projects at the BI-LO CENTER.  Prior experience cleaning in a commercial setting including office cleaning is required.
