 Q:  Where is the BI-LO Center located?  
The BI-LO Center is located at 650 N Academy Street in the heart of downtown Greenville, SC.  Click here for directions.

Q: What are the BI-LO Center ’s Hours of Operation?
Administrative Office: Mon-Fri 8:30am-5:30pm
Breakaway Honda Ticket Office at the BI-LO Center: Mon-Fri 10:00am-5:00pm / Weekend and evening hours vary depending on event schedule.

Q: Do you have a fund-raising program for non-profit organizations? 
Centerplate, the food and beverage providers at the BI-LO Center work with nonprofit organizations allowing them to staff concession areas to raise money. For more information contact Dicie Thompson by calling 864-250-4821 or dicie.thompson@centerplate.com.

Q:  How do I find out about event announcements and opportunities for pre-sale offers?

Q: Is the BI-LO Center accessible to persons with disabilities?
Yes, the BI-LO Center meets requirements of the American with Disabilities Act.  View ADA details including information for accessible seat locations, purchasing tickets and parking.

Q: Why do you search people? 
The public is searched to help protect and minimize risk to guests.  Items that are not allowed include: weapons of any kind, including pocket knives and mace, professional cameras, laser pointers, bottles and cans of any kind, and outside food.  Most concert promoters do not allow video recorders or cameras. 

Q:  What is the BI-LO Center’s policy on cameras?
Small, unprofessional cameras are acceptable for most shows. Video cameras are NEVER allowed at a concert.  Professional cameras with removable lenses and flash attachments are normally prohibited. At most events, batteries and disposable cameras can be purchased inside the BI-LO Center at Guest Services (section 117).

Guests who do not comply with the above policies should note that the BI-LO Center staff and/or representatives from any shows or events reserves the right to confiscate any tape, film, memory card or recording equipment. Any of these confiscated items may become property of the BI-LO Center, the show or event and the contents of anything on the memory cards or storage devices, including all photographs/video already on the camera not related to the concert/event, may be erased. 

Management for any show has the right to change the following camera policies.  Specific camera policies are generally posted to the Event Information page approximately 24-48 hours prior to the event date.  Failure to comply with the BI-LO Center camera policy may result in film confiscation by the BI-LO Center.  

Q: Why can't I smoke in the arena?
The BI-LO Center is a Greenville City Public Building. Currently there is a designated smoking area located outside the concourse at section 105-106. 

Q: What kind of behavior is not allowed? 
It is important that we keep a safe environment for all of our guests. With that in mind, individuals may be removed from the BI-LO Center for fighting, jumping the rail to get to the floor when they do not have a floor ticket, being a minor in possession of alcohol, handing alcohol to a minor, being unruly or too drunk for their own safety, or conducting any illegal activity.  Anyone asked to leave will not receive re-entry or refund of any kind.

Q: Why are guests allowed to stand during events?
When you buy a ticket, it gives you the right to sit in your seat and enjoy the concert. It also gives you the right to stand or dance IN FRONT OF YOUR SEAT.   People are not allowed to sit, stand or dance on the stairs, in the aisles, or in the section entrances.

Q: Can I leave the building and come back into an event?  
Reentry is not allowed for any event. 


Ticketing and Payment Questions:

Q: Are there any advantages to purchasing tickets for events at the Breakaway Honda Ticket Office at the BI-LO Center?
When purchasing tickets for evens at the Breakaway Honda Ticket Office at the BI-LO Center ticket sellers are able to locate seats of your choice based on availability.  You only pay a service charge when you purchase tickets at the BI-LO Center box office if you use a credit/debit card.  

Q:What forms of payment are acceptable when purchasing tickets at the BI-LO Center?

We accept the following: Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and Cash.

Q: Where can I get the best tickets to an event?
The BI-LO Center is a member of the Ticketmaster ticketing network. Tickets for events at the BI-LO Center can be purchased at the Breakaway Honda Ticket Office at the BI-LO Center (in person only), at any Ticketmaster outlet, through the Ticketmaster.com website, or by phone at your local Ticketmaster Call Center. 

Q: What is a Ticket Lottery?
 
When high demand events are placed on sale to the public, a lottery is typically implemented to help manage the customers who may arrive at the BI-LO Center to purchase tickets. If you plan to purchase your tickets at the BI-LO Center or any ticket outlet, you should plan to arrive no more than one hour in advance of the event on-sale time. Overnight camping is not allowed.  A staff person will explain the lottery procedure as it is implemented for any public on-sale.

Q: At what age does a child need a ticket? 
Children under the age of 2 are free at most BI-LO Center events, but must sit on someone's lap. If the child is 2 or older, you will have to purchase a ticket.  Any show has the right and authority to change the minimum age for which a ticket must be purchased.  Please be sure to check the event information.

Q: Why can't I get a refund on my ticket?
When an event is cancelled, refunds will be given. When you purchase a ticket, you do so by understanding that no refunds will be issued if an event plays as scheduled.

Q: What is prohibited at a BI-LO Center event?
While attending an event at the BI-LO Center, please remember it is a non-smoking facility and does not allow laser pointers, video or audio recorders, professional cameras, knives or weapons, or outside food and beverage. Re-entry is prohibited.

Q: Where would I pick up my tickets that I ordered online or over the phone?
Tickets you have purchased online or over the phone through Ticketmaster as WILL CALL may be picked up in advance at the Breakaway Honda Ticket Office at the BI-LO Center during normal business hours of 10am – 5pm Monday through Friday or the day of show from open until end of show. Please bring a picture ID, the actual credit card used to purchase the tickets, and your order number.  The Box Office will not be responsible for unclaimed tickets.  No information will be given over the phone as to the status of Will Call tickets.  

Q: Where do I go if I have an issue or need information when I in the arena?

Q: What happens if I lose my tickets?

The BI-LO Center does not reprint lost or stolen tickets.
